India and China are discussing the creation of an Oil Buyers Club

The aim of this shopping community is to be able to negotiate better prices with oil-exporting countries, according to a source from India’s oil ministry.

The two states plan to import more US crude oil in the future to reduce OPEC’s impact on the global oil market and prices.

India has been saying for months that oil prices have risen too high to be sustainable for many oil-importing countries. With OPEC’s cartel fuelling chaos with prices, India and China examined the possibility of founding an Oil Buyers Club that could negotiate better terms with sellers and get more US crude oil to reduce the dominance of the oil exporters. ( As a humorous reminder, this Oil Buyers Club has nothing to do with the hollywood movie Dallas Buyers Club starring Matthew McConaughey who played an AIDS patient. Matthew was also won best actor oscar at the Academy Awards.)

Last month, as prices for Brent crude briefly rose above $ 80 a barrel – the highest since late 2014 – gasoline and diesel prices in India also rose to a five-year high, also reflecting a weaker rupee against the US dollar.

An Oil Buyers Club could be a boon for India and China

Logically therefore, India is concerned that rising oil prices are detrimental to its economy and “stable and moderate” oil prices are needed.

On Thursday 14th June, following the OPEC summit in India, the asian subcontinent clearly illustrated its position in global energy demand and the need for responsible pricing that balances the interests of both producer and consumer countries as far as petroleum products are concerned. Furthermore, India proposed creating transparent and flexible oil and gas markets for the collective welfare of one and all…

INDIA : scientists discover a planet where one year lasts only 19.5 days

The newly discovered star orbits a star similar to the Sun, about 600 light years away from Earth.

Awesome revelation : According to the Astronomical Journal, a bunch of scientists from the Physical Research Laboratory (PRL) of the Indian city of Ahmedabad has found an exoplanet with a mass approximately 27 times greater than Earth !!!

This planet orbits a star similar to the Sun, about 600 light years away from Earth. It is estimated that the recently discovered star is more than seven times closer to its star than Earth, which means that a year lasts approximately 19.5 days there. The planet will be known as EPIC 211945201b or K2-236b.

In addition, researchers have found that the temperature on the surface of the planet is around 600 degrees Celsius, since it is very close to the host star. In this way, the EPIC 211945201b should be, according to Indian scientists, uninhabitable until proven otherwise. Research is till on…

With this epic discovery, India has joined a select group of countries that have discovered new planets. The findings of this research will help the international scientists community to understand to a deeper depth, the mechanism of formation of planets of the super-Neptune or sub-Saturn type, which are very close to the host star.

Shib Shankar Patra and his family are inveterate fans of Lionel Messi.

Shib Shankar Patra, an Indian supporter of Argentina has shown that his love for Lionel Messi and his teammates has no limit. He has indeed repainted his house in sky blue and white, the colours of Albiceleste.
Patra, who lives in Calcutta, has had a passion for Argentina since the victory of Diego Maradona and his team at the 1986 World Cup. “For me, Messi is an extension of Maradona. Everyone in my family likes Messi. We love his attitude, we love everything at home, “said Patra in front of his house, now covered with blue and white vertical stripes, like the jersey Argentines.
“I will pray every day for the victory of Argentina. Nothing gives me more joy than seeing them win in the field, ” he added. This tea seller dreamed of travelling to Russia to attend the competition but failed to gather the necessary funds for the trip. “I saved 60,000 rupees (890 dollars) but it was not enough to pay for the trip,” he regretted, ” I will watch Argentina’s matches on TV and I will encourage my favourite players. “
He and his family also planned festivities for Messi’s birthday on June 24, during the World Cup. “We’re going to eat a cake and hand out T-shirts with Messi’s face,” said Patra, himself a father of two, who also decorated every room in his house with full size Messi posters.
Despite a population of 1.25 billion, India is struggling in football and its national team, ranked only at the 97th position in the FIFA rankings, has never participated in a World Cup. But the country gets all charged up for football during the FIFA World Cup, especially in the metropolis of Calcutta.
