Judge Ravinder Reddy resigns after acquitting accused in the Hyderabad Mecca Masjid Blast
Hours after all the accused in the Mecca Masjid Blast which occurred in 2007, had been acquitted, a Judge decided to resign from his position. Judge Ravinder Reddy, put an end to the eleven year-old trial, declaring that there was not enough evidence to prove the accused guilty.
However, some hours only after his decision in Court, the latter handed over his resignation. Judge Ravinder assured that his decision was based on personal reasons. He further added that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) had failed to settle the implication of the accused. Ravinder’s sudden departure is raising much intrigue.

Today’s decision closed the Mecca Masjid Blast case which killed 1person and made 58 injured.
