Another name added for the wax statues, Karan Johar in Madame Tussaud’s museum
Karan Johar, one of India’s most favourite Bollywood film maker broke the internet when, in a tweet, he told the world about his wax statue’s pending installation at the prestigious Madame Tussaud.
For the filmmaker this comes as another significant milestone in his lifetime. Karan Johar also acknowledged the hard work of the team that is helping him complete this feat.
The wax statue is expected to be launched later this year and will immediately go for a tour across Asia so that his large fan base will have an opportunity to view it.
This comes before the release of two more of his films like “Student of the year 2” and “Kalank”. Both of which have cast filled with well known names.
Madame Tussaud’s wax museum originated in the 19th century. Its creator was Marie Tussaud, who was French by birth. Initially her wax museum consisted of the victims of the French revolution. However, with a new trend set up, there exist multiple statues of Hollywood and Bollywood celebrities.
The museum also houses wax statues of some of the most influential people across fields. Some of them include the singing sensation Michael Jackson and world leaders like Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin.
