Inside Cooking EP 106: Creamy Banana & Brown Sugar Pops

Bananas and brown sugar are a fantastic combo. These rich and creamy pops have a thick swirl of cinnamon-spiked brown sugar.

Ingredients (for 6-8 servings)

  • 1 cup of low fat milk
  • 1 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 med-large ripened bananas mashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar + 1 Tablespoon

Instructions

STEP 1
Mix all of the ingredients together completely. Pour into your Popsicle molds or optionally the mini
bathroom cups and insert your wooden Popsicle sticks or lollipop sticks. Freeze for approximately 2-4
hours until set.

STEP 2
Makes approximately 6-8 small bathroom cup sized pops.
