Inside Cooking Ep 153: Raw Cranberry Sauce

This homemade cranberry sauce is a perfect side for a healthy dinner. Moreover, it will make all that prepping easier– all you do is process the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend. No peeling or cooking involved and you can make these days before.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled, sliced, seeds removed
  • 1 lemon, peeled, sliced, seeds removed
  • 2 dates (remove pits) and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries

Instructions

STEP 1

Blend orange, lemon, and dates in a food processor

STEP 2

Add cranberries and process until coarsely chopped

STEP 3
