- 8 Cup Spring mix
- 1 Cucumber Sliced and quartered
- 1 1/2 Cup Cherry tomatoes Cut in half
- 2 Avocados Diced
- 1 Mandarin Each slice cut into thirds
- 1/4 Cup Red wine vinaigrette
(Ready in 10 mins)
Put spring mix in a large mixing bowl
Add cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, and mandarins to the bowl
Add red wine vinaigrette to the bowl and thoroughly mix until all ingredients are evenly coated
