These delicious Rice Crispy treats are jam-packed with colourful, funfetti sprinkles. They are great and make perfect desserts for kids parties.
Ingredients (for 12 cakes)
- 1 (10 oz) bag marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups Kellog’s Rice Krispies
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (rainbow)
(Preparation time: 5 mins; cooking time: 5 mins)
Heat the butter in a saucepan.
Add the marshmallows and cook on low until the marshmallows have completely melted.
Stir in the Rice Crispies. Then stir in the rainbow sprinkles.
Spread the mixture into a 9-by-9-inch greased baking dish. Allow the dish to cool so the treats become firm.
When firm, cut the treats into squares and serve.
